Entry and Eligibility

• Competition commences at 00:01 on Monday 24 March and concludes at 23:59 on Sunday 13 April 2025. 
• To enter participants must be following @exploregroupnzl, @rotoroaislandnz & @manowarwine on either Facebook or Instagram, complete the competition entry form online and opt in to operator databases before midnight Sunday 13 April 2025. 
• An additional entry will be given to participants who share the competition post and tag @exploregroupnzl, @rotoroaislandnz & @manowarwine on either Facebook or Instagram.
• The winner will be contacted via email by COB Friday 18 April 2025 and will have 14 working days to confirm acceptance of prize, or a new winner will be selected.
• This competition is open to New Zealand residents who are over the age of 18 years only.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
• The winner's name and social media username may be shared after the winner has been selected.

Prize Details

• There is one prize available as detailed below:
  • Return ferry transfers for 4 people from Auckland Viaduct Harbour to Rotoroa Island with Explore Group
  • A two night stay at Mahoe Holiday Home on Rotoroa Island
  • Return ferry transfers for 4 people from Rotoroa Island to Man O' War Bay, Waiheke Island with Explore Group
  • A Guided Wine Tasting for four people at Man O' War Vineyard and a $250 food & beverage voucher to use at the Tasting Room restaurant
• Mahoe Holiday Home sleeps up to 7 people, but the prize covers 4 people only. The standard nightly rate applies for 4 people. Additional guests (up to 7 total) can be accommodated at an extra cost. The accommodation is self-catering, and no food or beverages are provided. There is no food for sale on the island and prizewinners will need to take their own food and snacks with them for the duration of their stay. Children aged 2 years and over are charged at the full rate. Children under 2 years old stay free of charge.
• No additional transport, flights or accommodation beyond what is explicitly stated in the prize is included. The prize does not include transport to Auckland viaduct, flights, taxis, or any other travel expenses.
• Prize must be taken by 30 November 2025 and is subject to availability and ferry service schedule. A closeout applies over labour weekend, 25-27 October 2025.
• Prize is non refundable, non transferable, or exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange.

Additional terms

• All employees or immediate families of Explore Group, Rotoroa Island Trust or Man O' War are not eligible to enter.
• The prize is subject to Explore Groups standard Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
• Rotoroa Island's standard Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy apply to the Mahoe Holiday Home stay.
• The decisions by Explore Group on all matters relating to this competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Explore Group reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. Explore Group reserves the right to amend the prizes offered and these terms and conditions and in its absolute discretion cancel the competition at any time and without prior notice.
• The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking part in, the winning of or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
