Come and enjoy a fun day out with the kids and the last of the long summer days on Urupukapuka Island. Otehei Bay is a family friendly spot in a safe sheltered bay with a long sandy beach and generous shade under the trees.
Our fully licensed beachfront café and bar will be open for lunch with cold drinks, coffee and ice cream to keep everyone fueled up for the afternoon.
Hosted activities are FREE and run from 12:30pm until 4:00pm including:

- Sandcastle Competition

- Giant Jenga and so much more!
As well as the scheduled kids activities, you can explore the island on foot via one of the many coastal walking tracks, or from the water on either a Kayak or Paddleboard available for hire at Otehei Bay.
